RESOURCES

Crocodile Pose (lying prone) while deep breathing helps to direct the breath to the back of the lungs. This form of diaphragmatic breathing helps to engage the body’s relaxation response. By getting feedback from the floor,we begin to learn how to use the diaphragm to breathe.
