Welcome! I’m Tina Lanzoni, a Certified Yoga Therapist through the Kripalu School of Integrative Yoga Therapy and IAYT. I have over 10,000 hours of teaching experience as a yoga instructor and trainer, a meditation teacher, and an iRest Yoga Nidra teacher. I incorporate meditation, somatic movement, yin, breath work and iRest in my teaching to assist students in developing a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual connection that promotes deep healing.
