Workshops & Teacher Training

After years of teaching full 200-hour yoga programs, my passion has distilled into what I love most: guiding teachers into the quiet, powerful inner landscapes of Yin Yoga. As a longtime devoted student of Paul and Suzee Grilley, these teachings are rooted in their philosophy and offered in partnership at Groundswell Yoga. The training blends functional anatomy, connective tissue theory, meditation, and supports the development of interoceptive awareness to help teachers understand yoga from the inside out. This comprehensive yin program stands beautifully on its own while also enriching any existing yoga education.

Chronic Pain & the Brain: A Somatic Approach

Coming soon

Chronic pain is a whole-system experience shaped by the brain, nervous system, and the emotional patterns we carry. We will explore how somatic movement restores the brain–body connection, improves interoception, and unwinds long-held muscular and fascial tension. You’ll learn breath techniques that shift the autonomic nervous system toward safety and meditative practices that soften the brain’s learned pain pathways. This workshop blends science and mindfulness to help you move, breathe, and live with greater ease

I feel very fortunate to have Tina as my yoga instructor.  She combines a deeply compassionate and caring nature with an incredible knowledge of yoga, anatomy, and how the body works.  She is creative in finding different ways to accomplish stretching and movement goals.  I am deeply grateful for the physical and emotional difficulties Tina has helped me overcome through yoga.
