Mindfulness Meditation
Mindfulness Meditation is the practice of paying attention to whatever is happening in the present moment without judgment. It is attending to your experience, just as it is, with kindness and compassion. By learning to focus on and be with the breath, sensations, emotions or thoughts, we develop a resiliency to the changing nature of life. Through repetition we begin to see things as they are rather than remaining stuck in old patterns. Research confirms that a dedicated mindfulness meditation practice helps with improving sleep, decreasing blood pressure, stress and anxiety, boosts the immune system and helps to stabilize mood and increase focus. It is a practice of self awareness that is accessible to anyone, anywhere, at anytime. It is a practice of remembering who you are. Contact me for more information.
