Tina Lanzoni, E-RYT 500, C-IAYT is a yoga therapist, meditation teacher, somatic instructor, and indoor cycling coach. She is a certified Yoga Therapist through the Kripalu School of Integrative Yoga Therapy and a graduate of the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program.
With over 10,000 hours of teaching experience, Tina creates a welcoming space where people feel safe to explore and connect with the subtle, meditative aspects of yoga and somatics. Her passionate and relatable style, combined with a lifelong curiosity for learning, makes her classes heartfelt, grounded, and deeply inspirational.
Tina’s approach weaves together meditation, somatic movement, yin yoga, breathwork, and iRest Yoga Nidra. Her teachings support students in developing an understanding of the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual layers of their being—offering practical tools to promote deep healing and ease in everyday life.
Since 2010, she has trained over 100 yoga teachers in the Annapolis area in both vinyasa and yin. Honored to have studied yin yoga, chakra theory, and anatomy with Paul and Suzee Grilley, Tina carries forward their teachings in her trainings.
She is also a Level II iRest Yoga Nidra teacher trained by Richard Miller, a continuing education provider for Yoga Alliance, a former Lululemon Ambassador, and a mentor for teachers in the Kripalu Integrative Yoga Therapy program.

Yoga Classes Open to All
Specializing in Therapeutic yoga, yin yoga and yoga nidra, my weekly classes are held virtually and at Evolutions in Annapolis. All practice levels are welcome.
Private/Semi-Private yoga therapy sessions allows the practice of yoga to be tailored to individual needs. This personalized experience can be done through Evolutions in the privacy of your own home or workplace or online.
Small Group Classes
I offer small group yoga therapy sessions for Anxiety, Stress, Digestion, Arthritis and low back pain. If you have a specific condition and would like a class tailored to your needs, don’t hesitate to reach out.
Mentoring & Teacher Training
I mentor current yoga teachers, yoga therapists, teachers in training. I can assist you in developing your teaching, or expand your skill in working one-on-one with clients, I have trained and mentored instructors since 1985. I can help you develop a workshop, retreat, deepen your teaching skills, or help you overcome challenges and help turn your teaching into a career. This can be done one-on-one or over the phone. I also offer CEU’S to your studio.

I offer an array of workshops including Learning How to Meditate, Yoga for Runners, Yoga Therapy for Anxiety & Stress, Yoga Therapy for Chronic Pain, Yoga Nidra, Chakra Meditation, From Asana to Awareness, Applying the Wisdom of Yoga to Life, and Yogassage—a yin yoga practice with massage, Understanding Asana and Pranayama, -and How to Effect the Energy Body.
